He is the Health Information System (HIS) Administrator of Ownak Home Care – Sole Proprietorship LLC. Aldrin is responsible in organizing, overseeing and protecting patient medical information data. He plan and implement system analysis and design activities to assure the collection of primary data to match required indicators; inputting of data into electronic format and implementation of data quality standards.
Aldrin is also handling the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Department of Ownak Home Care. He establish and promote maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions in the facility through formulating general safety, fire prevention, and health policies and measures. He leads with compassion because he believes that it is important to be mindful of employees’ entire well-being, now, more than ever for the sustainability of the healthcare workforce to maintain essential and quality health services.
