Vincent Jay B. Ascueta

He is the Chief Executive Officer at Ownak Home Care – Sole Proprietorship LLC. Vincent’s professional experience of 10+ years spans across cultures and geographies, building a strong track record of transformational leadership, successful turnarounds, and driving change management.

Throughout his career, Vincent has been lauded for his lateral thinking and people management skills thereby transforming healthcare organizations where he has worked. Having handled diverse roles and an inherent understanding of the marketplace, he understands what it takes to deliver.

In his role as Chief Executive Officer of Ownak Home Care under Al Reem Health Group, he is responsible for leading Operations strategy for the entity. His functions include consolidating the existing businesses, putting robust growth strategies in place, and driving innovation across the network. Vincent strives to create an experience in healthcare that is patient-centered and compassionate and where Ownak team members at all levels have the desire to prioritize the continual care, well-being, and improved health of all our patients. Vincent feels passionately about the Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation and Home Care portfolios under the Al Reem Health Group umbrella and is excited to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to the UAE community.

Vincent joins us from Florida Heath Care Group, where he held the role of Director of Nursing and Quality; a role in which he was responsible for the strategic and operational management of all clinical services, whilst ensuring the governance of the organization put patient safety first.
