Grecca Jane Goze

Grecca Jane Goze has joined Ownak Home Care – Sole Proprietorship LLC as the Clinical and Operations coordinator (Nursing, Quality and Training). In this role, she will lead on all assurance activities related to the quality of clinical and nursing services, education, and patient experience.

She is responsible to oversee the day to day operations of the Clinical Department and to maintain the standard of service for the patients in any kind. She assist in the development and implementation initiatives for process improvement and standardized delivery of healthcare. She ensures to uplift the standard of service provided to all the patients. She feels passionately that every patient has the right to receive an outstanding care, and she believes that through empowering the healthcare team to do the right thing and stand up for safety is critical key to the success of any healthcare business.

With her various experiences, skills and knowledge in Health field gave her the edge to lead the team to provide the utmost care and safety practices to different kind of patients. She continuously create ways to push every member of the team to be a patient advocate and to be globally competitive in providing care to all the patient in a Home Care set up. And keeps current regarding health practices and community issues.
